Direct Donation Drive 2024

The 2024-2025 Direct Donation officially ended last week. We got very close but still fell short of our participation and funding goals. It's not too late to donate! We welcome ongoing donations, and if you have already donated, employer matches.

This drive funds essential programs like field trips, assemblies, teacher stipends, and supplies. The PTO aims to spend $145 per student. Please consider donating this amount for your Hardy student. Any contribution is still appreciated and helpful!

Coming Up This Week

Monday, November 4:
→ The Great Pumpkin Rescue
Let’s compost our pumpkins! Drop your pumpkin off before 3pm at the Chandler St parking lot. (Pumpkins must be free of paint.)

Tuesday, November 5:

→ No School: Election Day – Go Vote!

→ 5th Grade Bake Sale @ Presidential Elections

Thursday, November 7:

→ Hardy Rainbow Alliance Meeting

Friday & Saturday, November 8 & 9:

→ Get cash for your Halloween candy!

→ No School: Veteran’s Day

GET INVOLVED!

🍪 5th Grade Bake Sale: Tomorrow - Tuesday, November 5th (remember, there is no school!), 5th grade students and caregivers host a bake sale during the Presidential Election. Sign up to donate baked goods or candy bars, or volunteer tomorrow.

☕️ Caregiver Coffee: Each grade hosts a caregiver coffee on the first Friday of the month. Please consider volunteering to grab coffee and help clean up.

🍬Treat Train: Each month, a different grade delivers treats to staff and teachers. You can volunteer to donate food or deliver goodies on the first Friday of the month.

STEAM Festival: Join a committee of STEAM enthusiasts to plan an interactive STEAM Festival, February 9, 2025 by emailing Alham Saadat.

11/7:Diwali Celebration - Celebrate the power of light over darkness with the Town of Arlington, starting 5:30pm at the Arlington Community Center.

11/8 & 11/9: Get cash for your Halloween candy! Bring leftover candy to Arlington Orthodontics, 800 Mass Ave Friday and Saturday.
