Make Your Gift Go Further - Corporate Matching

Many companies will match tax-deductible contributions made by their employees and some will provide matching funds to support employee volunteer hours. Most of these programs match contributions dollar for dollar, and some will even double or triple the amount of your gift!

During the 2022-23 school year, Hardy students benefited from more than $4,000 in corporate matching donations. Your extra effort makes an enormous difference!

Your employer’s matching program may require the following information:

  • Charity Name: Hardy Elementary School PTO
  • Description of Charity: The Hardy School PTO strives to enhance our school community by providing enrichment opportunities that benefit the physical, mental, social, cultural and academic education for all children in the Hardy School district.
  • Tax ID (EIN): 20-3201318
  • Address: 52 Lake Street, Arlington, MA 02474
  • Contact Email Address: fundraiser@hardyschool.com
  • Web Site: hardypto.com

If your company asks for a letter for matching gifts, please contact fundraiser@hardyschool.com and we’ll be happy to provide one. Thanks for your support!

The Annual Hardy Direct Donation Drive

2023/24 Direct Donation Drive Progress

Every year, usually in the fall, the PTO asks Hardy community members directly for voluntary contributions. The Direct Donation Drive allows us to avoid traditional PTO fundraising tasks such as students selling door-to-door and catalog sales.

Support from Hardy families and friends provides essential experiences and supplies for our students and teachers. Donations help pay for field trips, assemblies, teacher grants, facilities improvements, community events, and more.

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who contributed to the annual Direct Donation Drive in the 2023-24 year. As a result of the incredible generosity of the Hardy community, we received 173 donations and raised $30,800! This fundraising effort supports our Hardy students and teachers in a wide variety of ways. Thank you for your support of Hardy students!
