APS Spring Panorama Survey is Open

Please, take a moment to let our educators and administrators know about your experiences of the Hardy school this year. Students, staff and families are invited to take Panorama Surveys every school year. The data is used to set goals for school improvement and make decisions about what is working and not working to create a welcoming and effective learning environment for all students and families. Fill it in here!

Wee The People - The ABCs of Racism

Online and In-Person Workshops for Caregivers

Online, Mon, May 19 and in-person Tues, May 20 - 6.30pm-8.30pm

Hardy PTO is excited to collaborate and partner with Thompson Diversity & Inclusion Group (DIG) to present two Wee the People workshops for parents and caregivers called “The ABCs of Racism: Fostering Conversations and Action about Race and Justice with Kids.”

This workshop is for anyone who wants to learn how to talk with kids about racism and social justice

The same workshop is being offered with a virtual option, Monday, May 19 via Zoom, and one in-person at Hardy Library, May 20.

Building skills for Hardy kids to talk about race was one of the items identified in last year's panorama survey. Make the most of this opportunity with Wee the People, a Boston based organization

Volunteer with the PTO

⚽️ Field Day June 6:  Join the team planning Hardy's Field Day.  Email president@hardypto.com to get connected to the planning committee.

🗳 PTO Board Voting June 11@ 6:30 PM:  The PTO needs YOU!  We are looking for new PTO Board members to fill the positions of VP Fundraising, VP Communications, and Secretary.  Read more about what each position entails here.

☕️ Caregiver Coffee: There is an open call to host Caregiver coffee   Friday, June 6. Caregiver coffee happens on the first Friday of the month. Please volunteer to grab coffee and help clean up. 

🍬Treat Train: Friday, June 6, 4th Grade is hosting! Each month, a different grade delivers treats to staff and teachers. Sign up to volunteer, to donate food or deliver goodies.
