Hardy Picture Day!
Picture Day is right around the corner, on Tuesday October 8th. Retake day is Thursday December 5th if you are unhappy with your child's photo, or your child was absent.
How to prepare:
- All students have their picture taken, regardless of whether they placed an order or not. We never force any student if they don't want to, but we try to take everyone's photo in case a caregiver wants to place an order later. Please let your student know in advance that their photo will be taken.
- Volunteers are needed to help students get to and from picture day - please sign up here to help.
A CORI form for volunteers must be filed with Hardy's Front Office at least a week before picture day--so by Tuesday October 1. Scanned copies can be emailed to Mrs. Bellerose (mbellerose@arlington.k12.ma.us).
How to order:
1. The preferred method for ordering is online, because it minimizes paper forms getting lost. The link to order is here - Coffeepond online orders. The site is now accepting orders for this upcoming Picutre Day.
If you place an order online, your student/s do not need to bring in the paper form.
2. Paper order forms will go out at the end of the week in backpacks. If you choose not to place an online order, please have your student bring the form on picture day to give to the teacher or photographer.
Scholarships:
If your student needs a scholarship, please email Mary in the front office by SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 29th. Her email is mbellerose@arlington.k12.
Photo delivery/troubleshooting:
- It is very important to note that class photos will be delivered after retake day, not with the initial picture day packages.
- Late orders should be placed directly through the website
- Roslyn Fitzgerald is the volunteer for picture day and can be reached with general questions (rosfitzy@gmail.com), but ideally please contact Coffeepond first with photo specific questions as they have a great team! lifeguards@coffeepond.
