Picture Day 2026
Hello Hardy Community,
Picture Day is fast approaching on Monday 9/14/2026! Retake day will be November 5th if you wish to redo your student's photo, or if your student was absent.
How to prepare:
- All students will have their picture taken, regardless of whether they placed an order or not. We never force any student if they don't want to - but we try to take everyone's photo in case a caregiver wants to place an order later. Please let your student know in advance that their photo will be taken.
- Please make every effort to have your student arrive on time, as the younger grades will begin immediately after school starts.
- Scholarships are being arranged by Ms. Bellerose in the front office. Please email her at mbellerose@arlington.k12.
How to order:
1. The preferred method for ordering is online, it minimizes paper forms getting lost. The link to order is here - Coffeepond online orders
If you place an order online, your student/s do not need to bring in the paper form.
2. Please have your student bring the form on picture day to give to the teacher or photographer.
Photo delivery/troubleshooting:
- It is very important to note that class photos will be delivered after retake day, not with the initial picture day packages. All students will receive a free class photo, even if they didn't order an individual package.
- Late orders should be placed directly through the website
- Lisa Cacciola is the volunteer for picture day and can be reached with general questions (lisalynn.m@gmail.com), but ideally please contact Coffeepond first with photo specific questions as they have a great team! lifeguards@coffeepond.
